Wow! Finally a legal step has been taken against this scammer, He would be a reflection of who we (Nigerians) are to the eyes of the outside world if he becomes our President. God forbid!

Wonderful piece, read through it, and I am hopeful that be it before or after the election, this man can be taken down with the following documents, and that is if they allow the rule of law to take its course.

From what I read, the only logical conclusion to while his name is on the school website portal without them seeing any form of payment clearly shows that a hacker was contracted to manipulate the school website and include his name there coz I see how a school won't have any detail about a student. What is his school ID no.. Who were his lecturers? Can anyone identify him? What of his coursemates? Who supervised his project or desertation? If he can't provide answers to this questions then it clearly shows he forged the certificate and be outrightly disqualified and made to face the law.

I foresee tinubu going on exile or becomes no where to be found, in other to avoid more shame and imprisonment

Investigative journalism at its best.

Kudos to West Africa Weekly.

Even no opponent of Bola Tinubu goes to court with these overwhelming evidence of fraud, Nigerians will be judges on February 25, 2023.

Man is literally all shades of wrong! May this havoc of a person not befall our nation. The sun must shine, and on this issue, it has.

This is deep and a wonderful piece. Kudos to David for the investigative journalism and reporting. We await the court to do the needful.

This was eye-opening. But David, can you do same for the other presidential candidates so we can know more about them the way we now know about Tinubu

Incisive! Very extensive.

Tinubu is already moving to shut up every opponent who are constitutionally qualified to sue him based on this expose.

I have done some deep thinking and connected many dots. I remember as a student in Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife in the early ninties..my sophomore year..I had a fellow student who was close enough to me from my secondary school days and we matriculated the same time too, so I knew him quite well. He suddenly became quite wealthy in school because he travelled to the U.S. for just three days. Everyone wondered HOW and WHAT he did to come into that kind of money in a short time. Then rumours came filtering in that he acted as a courier for a drug ring based in Ibadan. His advantage was that he was born in America so he had an American passport. So at that time, because of his citizenship, it was quite easy to pass through the countries entry points without much check. He reportedly made about $67,000.00 on that singular trip. He apparently went legit after that. I, as a "friend" of his confronted him with this story to confirm or refute the story. He did neither, only telling me that he had legal documentation and alibis to authenticate and verify all the sudden wealth. All from a phantom "Alhaji"...This was just before the June 12 debacle..In fact it was in 1992 when Tinubu was a Senator of the Federal Republic and ALL from that region of Nigeria were literally celebrating Abiola's soon Presidency...When I went through THIS documentary, the dates and locations were just TOO coincidental. Also it is not totally unusual for the U.S. Government of the day to "cut" a deal on situations when it becomes quite messy especially in African matters because there are "other" dimensions to situations like this especially because U.S. lives matter.. I believe that Bola Tinubu's "group" may have gone "spiritual" on the matter..i.e. he may have gone to see a very strong prophet, what is know as a "Babalawo" in South West Nigeria who sorted the matter out for him. Only JESUS knows the sacrifices, or cost on innocent souls to silence the matter..at THAT time, even till date..it is NOT unusual for Nigerian and indeed African politicians to meet "spiritual men" to sort out complex matters....but at what cost? There is always an "exchange" Anyway with time, the TRUTH always find out a person and his hidden secrets....but will JUSTICE prevail in THIS generation. I understand the pressures coming from Nigerians overseas and Nigerians of a generation BUT when it comes to "interests" especially in Nigeria's complex ethno-religious politics..one MUST thread softly as we apply pressure..Nigerians too must understand their strategic interests on a global level....Sometimes, an "enemy" would take advantage of our disunity to profit..Let's fight this battle righteously.
